Returns

We are happy to receive gowns back and perform exchanges or refunds.  We ask that you contact us within 3 days for a returns reference. The gown should then be returned within 7 days, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be dispatched on receipt of the orginal. Upon exchanging a gown you will be eligible to pay a new postage and packaging charge.

Refunds

Refunds are eligible to a £10 administration fee. Any refunds shall be done via the original payment method.
